Apulian Cuisine · Milan since 2010

The true flavour of Puglia,
in the heart of Milan.

A family-run osteria where Chef Tommaso Ciraci brings to the table the traditional dishes of Salento, with generous portions and warm hospitality.

«Apulian cuisine, with ingredients straight from our land. My wife and I were born in Ceglie Messapica, and here in Milan we serve the same flavours of home.»

The Ciraci family

A story of tradition and passion

Tommaso and Anna brought with them the warmth of Salento when they opened Il Melograno in Milan. Every dish is prepared following family recipes, with ingredients sourced directly from Puglia: olive oil, pasta, taralli, spumone, pasticciotto leccese.

A small and welcoming place where you feel like you're in grandma's kitchen — with generous dishes and that smile only Puglia knows how to give.
